I will be in prison all day, so I won't be around handing out mental ass-whuppins (*grin*) But I found this VERY interesting. A shape of things to come from Sotomayor? I HOPE SO!

IMNSH uneducated (legal) opinion, it's about time the SCOTUS has questioned the wisdom of its 19th century predecessor in imbuing a creature of state law with human characteristics including constitutional rights. The proliferation and growth of corporations and their influence in modern society has resulted in the evolution of an entity that is "more than equal" to their flesh and blood human counterparts.

WEPA!
