Senators Drop End-of-Life Provisions From Health Care Legislation

The majority party already capitulating, eh?

This doesn't look good.

Now for the context: It should be noted that they aren't "dropping" it from a bill because there is no Finance bill.

Also, it's kind of a minor ($2.7 billion) provision. They could add an opt out clause for those who don't want the service. Instead some senators like Republican Charles Grassley ,who is ranking member of the Senate Finance Committee, wants to get rid of it altogether.
